We answer calls seven days a week. For urgent pet accidents or water emergencies we can often get a crew out within the same week, and sooner where the schedule allows. The faster a pet accident or a spill is treated, the better the result, so it is worth calling the day it happens rather than waiting for a routine clean.

Carpet Pro quotes each job on what it actually needs. We do not advertise a low room rate and add to it once a technician is standing in your living room. If a room does not need cleaning we will tell you. If a stain will not come out completely we will say so before we start rather than after.

When We Answer
Calls are answered seven days a week. If a technician is on a job when you call, leave a message with your name, your city and what needs cleaning and you will get a call back rather than a missed call. Email is checked through the day and is the better option if you want to send photographs of a stain or a floor before we quote.

We work with landlords, property managers and short term rental hosts across the East Valley who need a unit cleaned and ready to show between tenancies. Tell us the changeover date when you book and we will schedule around it. Fast drying extraction means a property can usually be photographed and listed the same day rather than sitting empty waiting for carpet to dry.
